Come enjoy the first Sacred Cocktails in Fremont. This prohibition era themed bar likes to name drinks after those deadly killers.
I’m going to be late from a screening of a documentary, but everyone find some space at the bar and lets have an evening of conversation and cocktails.
Bars don’t close until after last call, you know? (Little Dave)
Let them drink, and forget their want, and remember their sorrow no more.

A bar serving cocktails at "church". Well, now I've heard everything! That is until the next thing the social gospel comes up with to desecrate God's house! Why do these people even bother calling what they're doing "going to church"? It has absolutely NOTHING to do with God, Jesus, or preaching the gospel. In fact, it's just the opposite!!!! You know I have much more respect for atheists and agnostics than I do for people like these playing "church" and pretending to be Christians. At least the atheists and agnostics are honest about their beliefs - they're wrong, but they're honest about it. These people might as well just stay home and watch TV or better yet go to a secular bar. After all, what they're doing isn't any different!
I'm freezing, is it summer yet?
Just when you think you've seen it all in the church....they spring something new.To tell you the truth....I don't go to church, the one around here are full of Ric Warren's teachings or New Age and etc.
I just read and study my Bible and fellowship with friends and neighbors and we watch DVD's on the Bible....
I can't tell any new believer where to go to a certain church because they all seemed to caught up in one way or anohter in this "new religion" and or are Emergent followers...if not from the pulpit....you will see it in the classes before and after church....I've watched so many fall by the wayside....and am totally discouraged.
I heard of a church in another town.....they are a "Grace Church"...they follow after Paul and His teachings. They accept the whole Bible as the Word of God, but believe we as Christians, should follow Paul's teachings since Paul was the one that was given the "gospel of Grace" for us Gentiles. You learn to "rightly divide" the word of God....
At least we have one thing in common....they are Bible believers....and know they are saved by "grace" and not "works"....we may not totally agree on everything....but at least I know where they stand. I plan to look into it soon.
God Bless <><
Shouldn't the musicians have been silent and not producing that cacophony of sound if they thought they were really hearing a word from the Lord?
