Combining RR-BB.com into RaptureForums.com

Because it has become insanely difficult to manage a bulletin board these days, the managers of Rapture Ready and Rapture Forums have decided to join our boards together under a software program that is easier to manage. Because RF has their database operating well under an Enforo license, we decided to make Rapture Forums the focal point of a consolidation. Since Chris, the owner of RF, has long experience in running a forum, he can better manage the problems that come with this technology.

                  • De-skinned cut up whole chicken, dipped in milk and eggs and a mix of salt, pepper, and bread crumbs, baked with a bit of butter underneath and on top to add crispness.

We haven't had chicken in a good while because I ran out and the prices were higher than I was willing to pay until this week's sales flyer came out on Sunday. My daughter will chastise me for not making the bisquick chicken recipe, but I wanted to do it this way...

Sounds deliciously fattening...I should try that for my fam! When chicken is on sale I buy it up and chuck it in the freezer.

Tonight's dinner is brats, tots, spaghetti squash and a salad.

                      • Here's a funny one... My daughter referred to tonight's dinner as "Mom's Forest Dinner". It was warmed up leftovers in a crockpot from when we went camping thus I guess it's forest dinner. What it really was - I pre-grilled chicken at home, then shredded it, added Knorr's Mexican rice mix, black beans, pinto beans, green chili in a big aluminum pan. For round two tonight I added some leftover corn, succotash, and a can beefy mushroom soup. Surprisingly, my picky eater liked my "forest dinner"!

That's funny I think your "forest dinner" sounds great! My family will eat just about anything the first time I make it but they get a little cautious if I start mixing up leftovers! My husband has lots of stories of his mom doing that...he claims that's why he won't eat certain foods now. Most of our leftovers goes to our chickens!

Tonight's dinner is Chicken fajita soup. I follow the Pioneer Woman's recipe. It's super yummy!

Yum! I love chicken fajita soup! Unfortunately I'm the only one in my big family
My family is all-around picky about leftovers but I've gotten pretty good at disguising them in "new" dinners by adding stuff (like above). When my 24 yr old son came to visit over Labor Day weekend he raided the fridge and chowed on my latest such "new" dinner. I took leftover grilled salmon and veggies, leftover seared tuna steak, added Bear Creek Alfredo pasta mix, some milk and cheese. He hates fish. Ate a huge plate full
