    • The sauce is simmering on the stove. I browned stew beef and I'm cooking
      that in the sauce instead of meatballs. I usually let it simmer for two or three
      hours. I'm not sure yet if I'm cooking spaghetti or rigatoni. I'll make a tossed
      salad to go with it. My son is bringing the Italian bread...

                • Dijon chicken with mushrooms, broccoli/cheese rice casserole, baby carrots and apple pie a la mode. Sound like a restaurant meal? It was Cheddars for daughter's birthday.
