Combining RR-BB.com into RaptureForums.com

Because it has become insanely difficult to manage a bulletin board these days, the managers of Rapture Ready and Rapture Forums have decided to join our boards together under a software program that is easier to manage. Because RF has their database operating well under an Enforo license, we decided to make Rapture Forums the focal point of a consolidation. Since Chris, the owner of RF, has long experience in running a forum, he can better manage the problems that come with this technology.

If you do not have an account at https://www.raptureforums.com/forums/, please sign up. By the end of November, it will become the forward address of RR-BB.com

But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." • Some more assorted quotes to add:

                  Heaven: Sitting around on puffy clouds while playing harps?
                  -God has great things in store for His people; they ought to have large expectations. CHARLES SPURGEON

                  Heaven: unsurpassed joy
                  -Scripture repeatedly makes clear that heaven is a realm of unsurpassed joy, unfading glory, undiminished bliss, unlimited delights, and unending pleasures. Nothing about it can possibly be boring or humdrum. It will be a perfect existence. We will have unbroken fellowship with all heaven's inhabitants. Life there will be devoid of any sorrows, cares, tear, fears, or pain. J. MACARTHUR

                  Different expectations of heaven
                  -My chief conception of heaven, said Robert Hall, is rest.
                  Mine, said Wilberforce, is love.
                  Southcy looked to it as a place of intellectual activity and enjoyment;
                  Foster, as unfolding all the mysteries of truth and providence;
                  Leighton, as the world of spirituality and holiness;
                  Payson, as where he should see Christ, and be with, and serve, and enjoy him forever.
                  Unite them all, and add all that heart can wish, or thought conceive, or we receive for eternity, and is not this heaven? TRYON EDWARDS

                  Looking forward to heaven: encouragement for troubling times
                  -The hope of heaven under troubles is like wind and sails to the soul. SAMUEL RUTHERFORD

                  Death: the beginning of a new, abundant life
                  -We picture death as coming to destroy; let us rather picture Christ as coming to save. We think of death as ending; let us rather think of life as beginning, and that more abundantly. We think of losing; let us think of gaining. We think of parting, let us think of meeting. We think of going away; let us think of arriving. And as the voice of death whispers "You must go from earth," let us hear the voice of Christ saying, "You are but coming to Me!" N. MACLEOD

                  The very best odds: 100/100
                  -The jackpot I’m looking forward to is the one we’ll receive when the Lord takes us home. If you are a believer in Christ, your chances of winning that grand prize is 100 percent. In heaven, there is no lump sum cut, and the mansions are tax free. TODD STRANDBERG

                  This reminds me of a common real estate status: Pending
                  -There is no knowledge like that of a man who knows he is saved, who can look up and see his "title clear to mansions in the skies." DWIGHT L. MOODY

                  Companionship, peace, safety, light and joy in heaven with Jesus, believing friends/loved ones and plenty of new friends, too
                  -It is not darkness you are going to, for God is Light. It is not lonely, for Christ is with you. It is not unknown country, for Christ is there. CHARLES KINGSLEY

                  Thinking of heaven and pressing on
                  -Christian, meditate much on heaven, it will help thee to press on, and to forget the toil of the way. This vale of tears is but the pathway to the better country: this world of woe is but the stepping-stone to a world of bliss. CHARLES SPURGEON
