  • How do we know Daniels 70th week has a gap from the 69th?

Is there any direct absolute wording that there's a pause in time?

I don't agree with the people who say it's been fulfilled. But the "cut off" part of Daniel could mean Christ was killed no? And then the temple was destroyed.

Just figured there is a little more clear cut answer somewhere I'm missing.
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

      Thanks Steve!

Acts 15:14-16 was pretty much what I was missing.

“Simon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name. And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written, After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:”
This verse shows a stop IMHO. God's visiting the Gentiles and gathering His people from them. AFTER that He goes back to David.
