Combining RR-BB.com into RaptureForums.com

Because it has become insanely difficult to manage a bulletin board these days, the managers of Rapture Ready and Rapture Forums have decided to join our boards together under a software program that is easier to manage. Because RF has their database operating well under an Enforo license, we decided to make Rapture Forums the focal point of a consolidation. Since Chris, the owner of RF, has long experience in running a forum, he can better manage the problems that come with this technology.

If you do not have an account at https://www.raptureforums.com/forums/, please sign up. By the end of November, it will become the forward address of RR-BB.com

  • Pope Francis: 'There Is No Hell'

In another interview with his longtime atheist friend, Eugenio Scalfari, Pope Francis claims that Hell does not exist and that condemned souls just "disappear." This is a denial of the 2,000-year-old teaching of the Catholic Church about the reality of Hell and the eternal existence of the soul.

I wonder where that leaves purgatory in the popes mind? (I know there isn't such, just wondering what the pope has to say about that...)

The Vatican responded and said he was misquoted, but did not deny that he said it.

The Holy Father Francis recently received the founder of the newspaper La Repubblica in a private meeting for the occasion of Easter, without giving him an interview, the unsigned March 29 Vatican statement begins.

What is reported by the author in today's article is the result of his reconstruction, in which the pope's exact words are not cited. No quotation of the aforementioned article must therefore be considered as a faithful transcription of the Holy Father's words, the statement concludes.

It's not clear if the pope really said this or not. One interesting thing, though, is when we went to the theater last week to see I Can Only Imagine, a movie trailer about the pope was advertised, making him look like a celebrity. It gave me the chills. I nudged my husband and said, "False Prophet!"

"Is the Pope Catholic?" For the first time in hundreds of years, that's no longer a rhetorical question.

Not surprising if he does believe this, after all he told atheists they could still go to heaven even though they don't believe in God. Is he ever going to be in for a shock!

Very strange man and what he believes.

And, sadly, many believe every word that comes out of his mouth................ how many will find out too late, that indeed, there is a hell, and they are doomed to spend eternity there?

Definitely a forerunner for the antichrist. Whether he is THE false prophet ... well I have my opinions on that.

                      That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

The Pope is a wolf in sheep's clothing leading his people astray. If there is no Hell, then you don't need to worry about Heaven and thus you have no need for the sacrifice of a Savior. How many people will never come to know Jesus because of this heretic priest?

Matthew 25:41 41 Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:

Sadly there are people that believe that. "How could a loving God send people to hell?" blah, blah... People send themselves to hell by not believing God or not wanting to obey Him. I personally could not live fruitfully and for the most part, peace, if I didn't have God in my life. I hope people wake up and see that there is a real God in Heaven that loves them.

Great points, living fruitful lives with peace and with joy, mercy, forgiveness, faithfulness ,etc., because HE dwells in us, in each and every believer. That is why eventually we change on the inside, become more like Jesus, we are still imperfect and sin, but considerably less and as we grow in Christ we stand against sin. True believers experience this in their daily lives, He came to set us free, we can be set free of sin and sinful appetites and indulgences, drunkenness ,smoking, improper sexual desires, porn anything that is not Godly and fruitful for fully abundant life with God.
I always hoped in my lifetime I would see the day where a new Pope or the sitting one would proclaim their errors, and say we are in error and are fallible, made mistakes in shepherding the sheep, and would state corrections to be made in their teachings and doctrines.
John 10:27-30 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Fatherís hand. I and the Father are one.
