Combining RR-BB.com into RaptureForums.com

Because it has become insanely difficult to manage a bulletin board these days, the managers of Rapture Ready and Rapture Forums have decided to join our boards together under a software program that is easier to manage. Because RF has their database operating well under an Enforo license, we decided to make Rapture Forums the focal point of a consolidation. Since Chris, the owner of RF, has long experience in running a forum, he can better manage the problems that come with this technology.

If you do not have an account at https://www.raptureforums.com/forums/, please sign up. By the end of November, it will become the forward address of RR-BB.com

In all honesty, about half the Arctic ocean borders the Russian and Siberian coastlines. The rest is shared by Canada, Alaska, Scandinavia and Greenland. Complaining about Russian expansion into the Arctic region is like them complaining about American expansion into the Gulf of Mexico.
It's a sign of the times we live in that some folks would probably tar me as a Russian troll for saying that. All sense of perspective and balance has long since left the building.

Given the geography, it makes sense for Russia to exploit the Arctic region. It makes sense for the U.S., Canada, Scandanavia, and Greenland too to do the same.

I sure hope the floating nuclear power plant doesn't have any problems or accidents...

Given there record with nuclear power plants I would be heading for the hills.
